Curio Collection by Hilton – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor focused on breakfast service. You will oversee daily F&B operations, lead a dynamic team, and uphold the brand standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will work rotating rosters, manage guest feedback, drive upselling, ensure safety and hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

Qualificações

• Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required.
• High level of cocktail knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work around a 7 day week roster, including weekends and public holidays.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of F&B, delivering helpful, thoughtful and engaging experiences for every guest. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing F&B operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery, with your north star being the creation of memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance

Ensure personalised service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction

Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability

Drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance, and support revenue targets

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the restaurant

Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery

Ensure that all food safety standards are met

Arrange and attend management meetings and offer constructive feedback

Manage break times and allocation of work for team members, ensuring clarity on duties and relevant regulations

About you

Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role

Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email

Genuine passion for Hospitality and motivated to grow career within F&B

Strong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments

Well-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and knack for staying composed in dynamic situations

Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) card

High level of cocktail experience and knowledge

Cash handling and Electronic Ordering Systems experience
