Job summary

Curio Collection by Hilton – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor focused on breakfast service. You will oversee daily F&B operations, lead a dynamic team, and uphold the brand standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will work rotating rosters, manage guest feedback, drive upselling, ensure safety and hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required.
• High level of cocktail knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work around a 7 day week roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Attend management meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage break times and allocation of work for team members.
