Qualifications

• A recognised trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
• Professional kitchen experience, ideally within premium catering, hotels, residential colleges or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong culinary skills, including bulk preparation and service.
• A discerning eye for presentation, quality and attention to detail.
• A professional, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to obtain the required National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
