Cater Care is inviting a Breakfast Chef to join the Trinity College dining team in Melbourne. This role focuses on high-quality breakfast service in a prestigious residential college environment, demanding consistency, presentation and excellence.

With a trade qualification and kitchen experience, you will manage bulk preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and work closely with a culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. January 2027 start dates apply.

Qualifications

• A recognised trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
• Professional kitchen experience, ideally within premium catering, hotels, residential colleges or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong culinary skills, including bulk preparation and service.
• A discerning eye for presentation, quality and attention to detail.
• A professional, team-oriented approach.
