Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Comfort working across outlets including a la carte, buffet and banquets.
• Commitment to high hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Willingness to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets.
• Own your workstation, manage supplies, equipment and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet HACCP requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Contribute to menu development, daily specials and new ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
