EVT Limited is seeking an experienced breakfast chef to join our QT Newcastle hotel team. You will focus on delivering an excellent breakfast and lunch offering with a small, dedicated team, while supporting other hotel operations.

You will train junior staff, maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards, and embody a proactive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years CDP experience in hotels/restaurants.
• Experience across sections including pans, grill and larder.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail with high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch offerings for guests.
• Work in a small team to deliver an excellent breakfast à la carte experience.
• Support the wider hotel team as required.
• Train and mentor junior staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
