RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria’s Yarra Valley invites a passionate Chef de Partie – Breakfast to join our busy kitchen. You’ll own breakfast service, deliver high-quality dishes, and mentor junior chefs, while keeping mise en place and hygiene standards top-notch.

Qualificações

• A qualified Chef with recognised culinary training.
• Experience in a busy commercial kitchen, with breakfast experience highly regarded.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency and presentation; organised and efficient.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of breakfast service and mise en place.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior chefs, cooks and apprentices.
