RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria’s Yarra Valley is seeking passionate chefs at all skill levels to join our culinary team. Roles span from Chef de Partie to Demi and Commis across multiple kitchen experiences, from busy bistros to premium dining outlets.

We offer Full-time, Part-time and Casual opportunities with a competitive salary, penalties for evenings/weekends/public holidays, and generous staff benefits. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery is essential.
• Experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work on a 7-day roster including evenings and public holidays.
• Knife and cookery skills across stations and mise en place procedures.

Responsabilités

• Produce a consistent high quality product and standard.
• Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean, hygienic kitchen.
• Rotate stock, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Work well in a team environment and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Follow WHS, policies and procedures.
