Munchkin Manor Early Learning Centre in Moorebank, NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead the opening of a brand-new early learning centre and guide ongoing operations.

As a proud family-owned business with over 20 years in early childhood education, we offer a hands-on, supportive environment where your leadership shapes culture, enrolments and community ties. You will work closely with an approved provider to realise the centre’s vision.

Competenze

• Experience leading a new centre or major opening.
• Strong understanding of NSW National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check and first aid certifications.

Mansioni

• Lead the opening and ongoing operation of the new centre.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a passionate team of educators.
• Create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Drive enrolments, occupancy, and community relationships.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality education and care per NQF.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and centre performance.
• Collaborate with provider to implement vision and improvement strategies.
