anzuk Education is opening a brand-new early learning centre in South West Sydney and seeks an experienced Centre Director or ambitious 2IC to lead the opening team. The role starts in 2027 and offers strong support from an hands-on owner and an Operations Manager.

You'll recruit and mentor staff, build relationships with children, families and the local community, and ensure quality and compliance across operations. A warm, collaborative leader who enjoys building culture will fit best.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or 2IC.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, supportive and hands-on leadership style.
• Confidence managing challenging conversations and maintaining accountability.

• Lead quality, compliance and day-to-day centre operations.
• Support enrolments and occupancy growth.
