Job summary

Giggle and Learn Early Childcare & Education is seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead the opening of our brand-new, purpose-built 80-place Early Learning Centre in Smeaton Grange.

You will shape every aspect of the service from the ground up, building a high-performing team, establishing a positive workplace culture and fostering strong family partnerships. The role requires leadership experience, a deep commitment to early childhood education and alignment with NSW regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Minimum two years' experience in a Centre Director, Assistant Director or equivalent leadership position.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law, National Regulations and NSW Child Safe Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the establishment and opening of the brand-new service.
• Lead the creation of engaging learning environments aligned with EYLF.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor a passionate team of educators.
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture with families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and service policies.
• Monitor centre operations, budgeting and performance.
