Job summary

Akcelo is seeking an Account Director to grow and manage client relationships across a portfolio of brands. You will lead strategy, forecast client growth and present plans to senior stakeholders. You will mentor junior team members and ensure delivery aligns with client goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience overseeing client portfolios within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to develop growth plans and meet revenue targets.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing client relationships within assigned portfolio.
• Building and growing new and existing client relationships.
• Developing strategic client growth plans to exceed targets.
• Preparing accurate client forecasts and plans.
• Meeting clients to understand business problems and opportunities.
• Onboarding new clients and retaining existing ones.
• Motivating the Akcelo team to align with client goals.
• Preparing client presentations, scopes and project plans.
• Overseeing delivery and mitigating risk to timings and budget.
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
