Job summary

Medibank is seeking a Brand Campaign Specialist to join our Brand Experience and Creative team for a 12-month fixed term contract in Melbourne, Australia. You will support the development and delivery of multi-channel brand campaigns across external and internal touchpoints, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Three years or more in advertising or campaign production and delivery.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of creative and media agency processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns.
• Lead the development and delivery of your own campaign remit.
• Write briefs and provide feedback to creative and media agency partners.
• Deliver campaigns across TV, online, social, radio, digital and internal channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and asset delivery.
• Coordinate delivery of assets to the media agency and maintain messaging matrices.
• Oversee reviews/approvals with legal, fund policy and clinical teams.
• Update Brand Marketing Calendar and maintain campaign docs.
• Lead internal advertising tracking and monitor performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and global campaigns.
