Medibank is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Marketing team on a 12-month contract in Melbourne. You will help deliver integrated consumer marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and strengthen Medibank’s brand, coordinating across channels from brief to launch and reporting.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external agencies, bringing campaigns to life while managing multiple priorities and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in marketing communications or related fields.
• Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns using Salesforce.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and drive campaigns.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and delivery of consumer campaigns and communications.
• Deliver multichannel campaigns to generate prospects, leads and new customers.
• Create clear campaign briefs with strategy, audience, success measures, timing and budget.
• Coordinate delivery across creatives, web updates and media partners.
• Use insights and performance data to inform campaign strategies and briefs.
• Monitor campaign ROI and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize live campaigns and apply learnings.
