Job summary

Medibank Group is seeking a Brand Campaign Specialist on a 9-month fixed-term contract to support the development and delivery of multi-channel brand campaigns across external and internal touchpoints. You will work within the Brand Experience and Creative team to bring the Medibank Live Better brand to life through hero advertising, sponsorships, and always-on activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in advertising or campaign production and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns.
• Lead the development and delivery of your own campaign remit.
• Write campaign briefs and provide feedback to creative and media agencies.
• Deliver campaigns across TV, online, social, radio, digital, and internal channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, WIP documents and asset delivery.
• Maintain messaging matrices and coordinate asset delivery to media agencies.
• Manage reviews and approvals across legal, fund policy, and clinical teams.
• Update the Brand Marketing Calendar and maintain internal/external campaign docs.
• Lead internal advertising tracking and monitor campaign performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and best-in-class global advertising campaigns.
• Prepare post-campaign reviews and report trends, issues, incidents.
• Keep leaders informed of campaign progress, launches and performance.
• Help ensure frontline teams are briefed on campaigns.
