Medibank Private Limited is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Marketing team on a 12-month contract in Australia. You will lead multichannel campaigns, coordinate offers and partnerships, and drive customer acquisition while collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.

You’ll optimise campaigns using performance insights and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, delivering on time and within budget. A tertiary marketing qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in marketing communications.
• Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns through Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Experience working in a high-performing marketing or sales environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt as priorities and business needs change.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
• Local area marketing experience would be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Support development and delivery of consumer campaigns and communications.
• Deliver multichannel campaigns, sales tools and promotional activity designed to generate prospects, leads and new customer acquisition.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create clear campaign briefs covering strategy, objectives, audience targeting, success measures, timing and budget.
• Coordinate delivery across creative agencies, internal teams, web updates and media partners.
• Use customer insights, performance data and market analysis to inform campaign strategies and briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance, return on investment and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to optimise live campaigns and apply learnings to future activity.
• Support Medibank’s offer program and key acquisition initiatives.
• Manage multiple programs of work while delivering agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
• Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress, launches and performance.
• Help ensure campaign messaging and assets remain accurate and up to date across relevant channels.
