Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Maitland is seeking a results-driven leader to head the Sales & Service team at our Maitland branch. You will drive customer value, guide daily operations and contribute to branch success.

This permanent full-time role requires sales and operations experience, a proven team leadership track record, and the ability to achieve customer service KPIs. Join a company that supports development, employee benefits and a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Sales and operations management experience.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Track record of delivering on customer service KPIs.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer literacy including databases and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of your team and Coates customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the site.
• Oversee cost control for transport at the Maitland branch.
• Load and unload activities.
• Create the best solution for customers.

Leading a team at our Maitland branch you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success and make a difference!

• Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the whole site
• Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of the Maitland Branch
• Load and unload activities
• Create the best solution / outcome for our customers.

• Sales and operational management experience
