Job summary

Coates in Maitland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales and service excellence, and contribute to branch success. You will foster a safe, efficient workplace and provide top-tier solutions to customers.

As the leader of the Maitland site, you’ll oversee daily operations, cost controls for transport, and ensure high-quality service while mentoring staff and building a cohesive team culture.

Qualifications

• Sales and operational management experience.
• Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team', cohesive mindset.
• A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the whole site.
• Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of the Maitland Branch.
• Load and unload activities.
• Create the best solution / outcome for our customers.

Leading a team at our Maitland branch you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success and make a difference!
