Capral Limited in Slacks Creek is looking for a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This varied, hands-on role blends customer service, sales, and warehouse tasks to support orders from inquiry to dispatch.

You'll be the main contact for customers, handling counter sales, quotes, and order processing while helping prepare and despatch products. The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work and a real chance to learn and progress in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required and safe work history.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling sales orders and quotes.
• Ability to work across sales and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Counter sales and face-to-face customer service
• Answer telephone and customer enquiries
• Enter and process sales orders
• Prepare quotes and provide order updates
• Pick and pack orders, operate forklift, load/unload trucks
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure on-time orders
