Capral Limited in Slacks Creek is looking for a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This varied, hands-on role blends customer service, sales, and warehouse tasks to support orders from inquiry to dispatch.

You'll be the main contact for customers, handling counter sales, quotes, and order processing while helping prepare and despatch products. The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work and a real chance to learn and progress in a safety-focused environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and an important part of keeping the Slacks Creek branch running smoothly.

Your day will include

• Counter sales and face‑to‑face customer service
• Responding to telephone and customer enquiries
• Entering and processing sales orders
• Preparing quotes and providing order, lead‑time and product updates
• Picking and packing customer ordersCutting aluminium using an up‑cut saw
• Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Checking and vetting orders
• Providing product information and support to customers
• Working with the broader branch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a reliable, positive and hands‑on person who enjoys working with customers and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

To be considered, you will need

• A current LF Forklift Licence
• A reliable work history and strong commitment to safety
• Confidence communicating with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Sound computer skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

You don't need to know aluminium – we can teach you our products. What matters most is that you bring the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
