Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Branch Supervisor to lead our Gepps Cross operation. You will coach a diverse team across customer service, warehousing and technical roles, while owning branch performance and profitability.

Ideal candidates will bring strong operational leadership, a track record of safeguarding safety, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitable growth across the region. You will collaborate with other leaders to share insights and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational management experience in a similar capability; exposure to FMCG highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive branch profitability.

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Branch Supervisor to lead our operation across our Gepps Cross branch!

We're looking for someone who leads from the front. You'll be just as comfortable coaching your teamand reviewing branch performance as you are jumping in to support despatch, receivables, or warehouse operations when things get busy.

Your primary remit will be driving branch performance, ensuring your people are well-led and that our customers have a great experience.

Familiarity with business development, strong operational leadership and awareness of what it takes to keep a branch profitable will be essential for success in this role
