Job summary

AutoPacific Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager at our Welshpool site to own day-to-day branch performance across warehouse, accessory fitting and customer-facing operations.

You will lead retail sales, wholesale and fitting teams, driving customer satisfaction, growth and continuous improvement within established systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a branch, retail operations, or sales management role.
• Experience in Automotive/Caravan/Fitting industry would be highly regarded.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and growth.
• Personable with a natural leadership style that motivates and engages.
• Resilient, value-add attitude and eager to contribute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using sales or ERP software.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational demands.
• A calm, professional, and ethical approach when under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Current and Valid driver's license is required (manual preferably).

Job description

Based at our Welshpool site, we are looking for a committed Branch Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the branch across the warehouse, accessory fitting and customer-facing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role providing support and direction to the retail sales, wholesale, and accessory fitting teams to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustained growth. While working within established systems, you'll also be encouraged to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall customer service and experience.

A typical day will see you;

Lead and coach internal sales staff to exceed targets and deliver great customer service

Manage warehouse operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety

Support and develop your small team, creating a positive and productive work environment

Drive sales strategies and operational processes aligned with business objectives

What you’ll bring:
