Branch Manager – Perth | Operations, People & Growth

As Perth Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This is a hands‑on leadership position with responsibility for people, operations, customers and profitability. You will lead a commercially minded approach to branch management, taking ownership of the branch, developing your team, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the day‑to‑day operation of the Perth branch and warehouse
• Managing, developing and supporting branch employees
• Taking ownership of branch profitability and financial performance
• Monitoring costs, productivity, margins and operational KPIs
• Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service
• Visiting key customers when required
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business
• Improving operational processes and branch efficiency
• Maintaining high standards of workplace safety and compliance
