Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Branch Network Operations Partner to lead the development of operational frameworks across the branch network, ensuring safety, efficiency and consistency while supporting the future development of our branch proposition.

Working with the Head of Branch Network, you will use operational insight, customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working and drive positive change.

Qualifications

• Experience in running branch operations within financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into practical actions.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational frameworks, governance and standards for the branch network.
• Use insight, feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Property, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, HR, Digital and Transformation.
• Support new branch openings, refurbishments and risk management across the network.
