Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site retail banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead dispersed frontline teams and deliver outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Australian banking obligations, branch controls and conduct.
• Experience in sales leadership, people development and change management.
• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch leaders and teams to deliver member-centred experiences across the network.
• Embed service standards, complaint resolution and service recovery disciplines.
• Deliver growth targets for member growth, deposits, lending referrals and relationship deepening.
• Create a high-performance sales and service culture with local area growth plans.
• Ensure branch operations are efficient with clear procedures, workforce planning and reporting.
• Maintain first-line risk management across branch activities including conduct and AML/CTF.
• Develop and coach people with succession planning and a focus on safety and wellbeing.
• Strengthen Community First Bank's presence in local communities and mutual purpose.
• Support member digital adoption while preserving face-to-face service.
• Partner with leaders across the bank to implement service, people, process and technology changes.
