Job summary

Community First Bank is seeking a Manager - Branch Network in Sydney to lead the performance, capability and growth of the branch network, ensuring member-centred service and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Head of Everyday Banking, you will drive sales, service, risk management and operational excellence across the network.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to align branch activity with member needs, regulatory requirements and mutual purpose, while fostering a strong people culture

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-site teams in banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering member, commercial and risk outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Australian banking obligations and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch network leaders and teams to deliver consistent, member-centred banking experiences.
• Embed service standards, handle complaints and drive service recovery across branches.
• Deliver growth targets for member growth, deposits, lending referrals and relationship deepening.
• Foster a high-performance sales and service culture with local area growth plans.
• Ensure efficient, compliant branch operations with clear procedures and reporting.
