Job summary

Sarina Russo Job Access is seeking a full-time role across Camden and Picton offices to support job seekers on their journey to employment. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on building relationships with employers and community partners.

You will develop tailored strategies, deliver recruitment and training services, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while working in a collaborative, energetic team environment.

About the Role

We currently have a full-time opportunity available working across our Camden and Picton office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you’re energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building strong relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
