Job summary

Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading Workforce Australia provider with sites across QLD, VIC and NSW. We are seeking a passionate, energetic and dedicated Job Placemat Officer to join our team in a full-time role at Werribee, with some travel to other sites.

Your responsibilities include networking with local businesses, guiding job seekers on resumes and interviews, and organising job fairs and workshops, while maintaining accurate records and data entries.

Qualifications

• Previous job placement, recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital and administration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous Employment Services / Workforce Australia experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Werribee - some travel may be required to other sites

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities and build relationships with local employers and the community and help candidates achieve their goals by linking them to employers who can capitalise on their expertise.

• Previous Employment Services / Workforce Australiaexperience highly regarded.
