Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for the Warren Multi Channel Branch. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week (8:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday).

You will lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional service, while promoting lending, deposits and wealth management products to a diverse customer base. You will work across in-branch and multi-channel channels to ensure customer satisfaction and drive branch performance.

Using your expertise in motivation, you’ll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.

What is a Multi Channel Branch?

• Between 9:30-1.00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
• After 1.00pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.More specifically, you will:

• Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries
• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through our direct channels
• Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs
• Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
• Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement
• Be provided with continuous training and development to support your career aspirations
