Commonwealth Bank seeks a Branch Manager for the Hervey Bay Branch. This full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on leading and coaching a team to achieve targets, mentoring staff and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail banking environment.

The role involves guiding lending, deposits and wealth management products to both new and existing customers, acting with integrity and putting customers first.
