Job summary

Commonwealth Bank Of Australia is seeking a Branch Manager for a Multi Channel Branch in Gulgong. The role is permanent part time (25 hours/week), with hours 8.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will lead, coach and develop a team to deliver service excellence while growing lending, deposits and wealth products for customers. As the branch lead you will motivate your team, foster career development and drive customer satisfaction, using both face-to-face and digital channels to support

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a branch team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers across lending, deposits and wealth products.
• Assist customers with transactions and handle inquiries face-to-face and via direct channels.
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ needs and process loan/credit card applications.
• Promote in-branch technology and digital banking options; capture customer feedback for service improvements.

Using your expertise in motivation, you'll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.

What is a Multi Channel Branch?

• Between 9:30-1.00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
• After 1.00pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. More specifically, you will:

• Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries
• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through our direct channels
• Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs
• Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
• Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement
• Be provided with continuous training and development to support your career aspirations
