Coates Fyshwick in Canberra is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of customer and service professionals, driving safety, service quality and branch performance. You will mentor staff, deliver on KPIs and manage fleet operations.

Formación

• Experience in sales and operations management.
• Proven track record delivering on KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to build a cohesive team.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Accountability for branch performance with a focus on safety and KPIs (revenue, fleet utilisation, loyalty).
• Ensure the safety of the team and customers.
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and a positive culture.
• Create quotes, raise purchase orders and enter hire agreements.
• Oversee Asset Management.
