Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres Australia seeks an experienced Branch Manager to take overall responsibility for the Huntingwood dealership's performance across Service, Parts, customer experience, safety and commercial outcomes. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role that sets the tone and supports a high-performing team.

You will shape culture, build capability and maintain safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while delivering strong results and stakeholder value at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in automotive/heavy vehicle/service operations.
• People-first leadership style with coaching capability.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of Service and Parts operations and dealership drivers.
• Experience managing budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive change and guide teams through transitions.
• Heavy/commercial vehicle industry experience considered advantageous.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Branch Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance of the dealership, including Service, Parts, customer experience, safety and commercial outcomes.

This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role for someone who leads by example and creates an environment where employees feel supported, valued and accountable. You will work closely with the branch leadership team to build capability, strengthen collaboration and maintain safe, efficient and customer-focused operations.

• Sound understanding of Service and Parts operations and the commercial drivers of a dealership or similar business.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• An improvement mindset and the ability to bring people with you through change.
• Heavy or commercial vehicle industry experience will be highly regarded.
