Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Daimler Trucks Adelaide dealership. You will oversee Service, Parts and customer-facing functions, drive safety, and deliver strong financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, transport, industrial or service-related operations.
• People-first leadership style with track record of coaching leaders and building engaged teams.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing operational and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive service excellence.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle industry experience highly regarded.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and values-driven Branch Manager to lead our Daimler Trucks Adelaide dealership. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including Service, Parts, customer experience and safety.
