Job summary

Andrew's Airport Parking in Melbourne is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our flagship Tullamarine team. You will drive day-to-day operations across four departments, manage up to 70 staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

This role offers autonomy, ongoing career growth and an annual incentive program of up to $12K after probation. Office software proficiency is required.

BRANCH MANAGER - ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING

Andrew's Airport Parking is Australia's largest off airport parking group with four independently operating branches located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

An outstanding opportunity now exists to join us, leading our flagship Tullamarine team as Branch Manager.

Working in a strong, supportive and team orientated culture you will be responsible for the overall management of this business.

The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of running a business of up to 70 staff and a fleet of transfer vehicles, competing against Melbourne Airport's own airport parking product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading from the front. Involved and hands-on management, supervision, education, support and motivation of all staff across 4 departments - Customer Service, Yard, Transport and Detailing.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and customer relations. This involves being a champion of our standards and procedures, providing staff feedback in the moment and through ongoing meetings, as well as overseeing established training programs.
• Proactive and solutions-focussed management of any customer complaints.
• Weekly rostering of up to 70 team members including a mix of full time, part time and casual staff and fortnightly lock down and approval of payroll.
• Active involvement in recruitment and selection of new staff members, you will maintain and build by culture selecting staff that share our work ethic and personality.
• Regular written reporting on various KPI's including the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Contributing to the ongoing growth of the business by coordinating and managing certain marketing and promotional activities.
• Supporting the airport parking group and national management through efficient day-to-day operations, coordinating all departments through your hands-on management style.

Our business operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please be aware that your rostered hours will be to the needs of the business and therefore include some early, late and weekend shifts, including public holidays

Reporting directly to the Business Owner and General Managers you will have developed excellent communication skills and be competent with Microsoft Office programs. You will also have solid management experience in a hands-on role with experience in customer service also well regarded.
