Jaybro Mackay is seeking a commercially minded Branch Manager to lead the local team and drive profitable revenue growth across sales, service, warehousing and delivery. This full-time, Monday–Friday role reports to the State Business Manager.
You will own the P&L, optimise operations, build strong customer partnerships and champion safety while fostering a high-performing culture across sales, service and logistics.

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Mackay location. Reporting to the State Business Manager.
In this Full-time Monday to Friday role, you will be responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth across sales, customer service, warehousing, and last-mile delivery for the region. This role is focused on driving market share, margin expansion, customer retention, and operational performance in the respective region.
