Job summary

Rexel Geelong is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our branch team and oversee the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in supporting customers across electrical, trade and commercial sectors while developing your team and contributing to the continued growth of the Geelong branch.

• An experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a sales, branch, retail, wholesale, trade or distribution environment.
• A proven people leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales, customers and business performance.
• Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy branch environment.
• A strong communicator with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable, proactive and committed to achieving results.
• Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities
