Rexel Australia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Wynnum branch, drive growth and manage sales, margins, operations and team performance. This hands-on leader will actively engage with customers, quote tenders and expand the branch footprint in the local industrial market.

Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Wynnum branch and drive its next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being out with customers, spotting opportunities, quoting tenders, winning work and growing a branch. With a strong industrial customer base and plenty of opportunity in the local market, this role is ideal for someone who brings commercial drive, industry knowledge and a genuine passion for sales leadership.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of branch performance across sales, margin, operations, service and team leadership.
