Job summary

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager for our Angle Park store in Adelaide. You will lead a team, drive sales, service excellence and a strong safety culture, and partner with customers and suppliers to grow the branch's potential.

As a natural leader with a passion for sales and operations, you will shape an inclusive, high-performing environment, manage daily branch operations, and contribute to Rexel's commitment to sustainability

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales-focused team in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and branch operations.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
