Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, performance, and service? Followmont Transport is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the reins of our Emerald operations and drive excellence across every aspect of the branch.

As Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Emerald branch overseeing daily operations, mentoring your team, and building strong relationships with our customers. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, safety, and business growth.
Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence
Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement
Build trusted relationships with customers, resolving issues with confidence and care
Manage budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
Champion safety and compliance across all aspects of the operation
Expand our local market presence through strategic thinking and community engagement
Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or depot/branch management
Strong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance
A hands-on, people-first approach to leadership
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift Licence – mandatory
HR Licence or willingness to obtain (we’ll support you with training)
Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems experience
