Job summary

Guardian Vaults is seeking a Branch Manager for our Brisbane operation to lead the new market at a pivotal growth stage. You will shape strategy, build a high-performing team and represent two trusted brands in secure storage and bullion services.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive branch growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance within a governance framework while engaging with head office and the wider branch network.

Qualifications

• Previous branch/store management experience in banking, retail, or customer service.
• Strong customer service capability and excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with developing, mentoring and training a team.
• Business development experience growing local revenue and clients.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with working under a compliance framework.

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead Guardian Vaults' Brisbane branch at a pivotal stage of growth. You will have the autonomy to shape a new market, build a high-performing team, and represent two trusted brands in secure storage and precious metals.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this strategic leadership role is accountable for building Guardian's presence in the Brisbane market, growing both the secure storage and bullion services businesses, and delivering a high standard of operational performance.

Guardian Vaults is Australia's largest private secure storage service company. Following the acquisition of the Westpac safe custody business, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Brisbane branch and drive the next stage of our growth.

Key responsibilities
