Job summary
Guardian Vaults is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead the Perth branch’s day-to-day operations, coach staff and support branch performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service excellence, oversee workflow, compliance (AUSTRAC), security controls and risk management while supporting sales growth and staff onboarding.

Qualifications
- Hands-on leader with experience in retail, banking, or customer service.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate staff.
- Strong planning, organisational and compliance focus.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Coordinate daily branch operations, priorities and workflow
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve complex customer enquiries
- Support sales growth and customer retention initiatives
- Maintain company policy and AUSTRAC compliance requirements
- Help ensure security, operational controls and risk standards are met
- Monitor branch performance and identify practical improvements
- Support employee onboarding and training
