Job summary

Rexel Australia’s Caloundra branch is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to drive growth and lead a high-performing team. You will nurture an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture and ensure outstanding service for customers and partners across the Sunshine Coast region.

As the leader of the store, you will align operations with sales targets, manage relationships with suppliers and customers, and champion safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven leadership experience in retail or distribution.
• Strong operational and supply chain understanding.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
