Rexel Electrical Supplies, part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Caloundra store on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, manage operations, and promote a thriving safety culture in a dynamic electrical wholesale environment.

Job Description

Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.

Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.

Directing the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
