Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in manufacturing or construction.

• Foster a high-performing branch culture with accountability and engagement.
• Coach and develop a team of around 40 employees.
• Identify and champion operational improvements and process efficiencies.
• Influence daily decision-making and resource allocation to optimise performance.
