Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Campbellfield operation. The role requires leading a diverse team across Service, Parts and New Equipment/PDI operations, with accountability for safety, customer service and financial performance.

You will drive workforce planning, build leadership capability, and establish strong relationships with key customers while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience or strong knowledge of earthmoving/mining/construction equipment industries
• Strong commercial capability to analyse and act on financial performance
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Experience with SAP and Dynamics AX advantageous
• Well-developed written and verbal communication at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch leadership to deliver results through their people
• Establish clear expectations, accountability and operating rhythms
• Hold functional leaders accountable for safety, service, productivity and inventory
• Own the branch financial results including revenue, margin and forecast accuracy
• Use KPIs and data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Drive workforce planning, technician productivity and capacity to meet demand
• Provide governance across Service, Parts and New Equipment/PDI operations
• Ensure supervision and management actively manage their teams
• Build leadership capability and succession through coaching and development plans
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and resolve issues at the appropriate level
• Identify opportunities for profitable growth and improved performance
• Maintain governance across safety, quality, compliance and processes
