Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Coffs Harbour is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local branch with a focus on growth, coaching and community engagement. This permanent, full-time role requires strategic planning and hands-on leadership in a dynamic banking environment.

You will drive KPIs, manage lending knowledge, and foster a customer-centric culture while building strong community relationships and representing the brand in local events.

Qualifications

• People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance.
• Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
• Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
• The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
• High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of retail branch operations.
