Bendigo Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the Rosebud Community Bank in VIC. You will lead the branch, drive operational efficiency, manage risk and support customer experiences aligned with our Community Banking philosophy.

In this permanent, full-time role you will coach teams, guide daily operations, monitor KPIs and contribute to strategic plans while engaging with the local community and customers.

Qualificações

• Retail banking experience
• Experience in personal and residential lending
• Natural people leadership capabilities and a desire to mentor and develop staff
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework
• Ability to embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements
• Ability to use customer feedback to improve customer connection
