Job summary

BankSA is hiring a Customer Service Officer at our Kingscote branch on Kangaroo Island. This part-time, permanent position covers 32.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

You will greet customers, handle everyday banking queries, and refer to Home Loans or Business Banking specialists when appropriate. You will assist with cash transactions, promote digital channels, and strive to enhance customers' financial wellbeing while complying with policies and regulations.
