Rexel Australia is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our flagship Hindmarsh branch, guiding a high‑performing team and driving sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

You will own branch performance, deliver exceptional customer service, optimise operations and inventory, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders while championing digital solutions and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or branch management experience.
• Strong sales and business development capability.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset and relationship-building.
• Experience in electrical/wholesale sectors is advantageous.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to lead our flagship Hindmarsh branch. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well‑established business, inspire a high‑performing team and drive sustainable growth in a market full of opportunity.

As Business Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, leading from the front to deliver outstanding customer service, operational excellence and profitable growth.

You’ll create an engaging and high‑performing culture where people feel supported, accountable and motivated to succeed.

• Strong commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach
• Experience within the electrical, industrial, wholesale or trade sectors will be highly regarded
